This award is as a result of his outstanding performance in trying to protect the welfare of Nigerian Students schooling in Abia State and his ability to carry them along. On the presentation of the award, Comr Frank was said to be a leader, whom the younger ones look up to as a result and wished our societal leaders could borrow a leaf from him.
Comr Eme Orji Frank, on receiving the award, appreciated the host and reaffirmed his support towards developing the Nigerian students in Abia State. He went ahead to state that his administration will make sure the rights of the students won't be toyed with by any person or group and that he'll keep on pushing for the development, through skills in partnership with various bodies including the Abia government to make sure the students will be well equipped, upon graduation for the society.
